Wake FC Pre-Season Academy Camp

Many parents have requested a camp that will serve as a pre-season program that will give players a kickstart on their preparation for the fall season. The camp will focus on having players ready for fall practice to begin, by putting them in game pressure situations and activities. Boys & Girls Pre-Season Academy Camp will have a goalkeeper option available each week.

July: 10th - 14th

Times:
Full-day: 9 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Half-day: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
*8:00 a.m. early drop-off for all campers
*5:00 p.m. late pick-up for full-day
*1:00 p.m. late pick-up for half-day

Price:
Half-day: $125
Full-day: $175
3 Full-days: $125

*Additional $25 if participating in early drop-off, late pick-up, or both

Registration closes by 5:00 PM the Friday prior the camp dates OR sooner if enrollment capacity is met

*Early Bird Special to WFC Players: Register by December 31st at 11:59PM for $25 Off

Camp Schedule

Continual water breaks will be given throughout the day
Campers may arrive early, stay late or both for a total additional fee of $25, added to the posted camp registration fee.

8-9 Early Drop-off $25
9-9:15 Warm-up
9:15-10:15 Technical work and passing, receiving under pressure
10:15-10:45 Snack Break
10:45-11:20 Attacking goal and creating scoring opportunities
11:20-11:30 Water Break
11:30-12:00 Game-like scrimmage to end the morning
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-1:15 Warm-up
1:15-2:15 Possession and small-sided games
2:15-2:45 Snack Break
2:45-3:20 Shooting on goal and game situation activities
3:20-3:30 Water Break
3:30-4:00 Game like Scrimmage
4:00-5:00 Late Pick-up
