Additional Registration Requirements for US Citizens Born Abroad and Foreign Born Players
The US Soccer Federation, in cooperation with FIFA, requires parents of ALL players that are foreign-born or a US citizen born abroad to complete additional paperwork for their son/daughter. Players WILL NOT be able to participate with any soccer program until they have been cleared by the US Soccer Federation. This is a one time filing. Once your paperwork is filed no other steps will need to be taken with any club within the state of NC for the remainder of your child's soccer career. All clubs, USYS and US Club are required to file this paperwork for all players in the United States.
